Cancellation Policy

1. Deposits & Payments • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with Decor by Bels Events. • Deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. 2. Cancellations • If you choose to cancel your booking after payment of a deposit, you will not be entitled to a refund. • At our sole discretion, and subject to availability, we may allow you to transfer your booking to a different date. This is not guaranteed and will depend on our schedule and commitments. 3. Balance Payments • Any remaining balance must be paid by the due date specified on your invoice. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of services, and deposits will not be refunded. 4. Agreement • By paying a deposit and confirming your booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
